Abstract submissions are now open!
Updated: Nov 11
We are now calling for abstracts for the Victorian Biodiversity Conference 2023. We invite submissions from postgraduate students (Honours, Masters and PhD), early career researchers, environmental consultants and young industry professionals working on Victorian biodiversity. Many of our presenters will speak about original research, but we're also keen to hear about biodiversity-related management projects and community engagement initiatives. The conference is deliberately broad and encourages a wide variety of talks across terrestrial, freshwater and marine environments, related to both local and nation-wide issues.
There are three types of presentations on offer: a full-length presentation (10 minutes), a speed talk (5 minutes), and a poster presentation. You can only present once at the conference, so choose wisely!
Abstract submission will close on Monday 5th December 2022. All authors will be notified of the outcome of their submission by Friday 16th December 2022. Tickets will also be available to purchase from early December.
We can't wait to hear about your work!
