  1. “Seeds & Spores” - Showcasing Victorian flora & fungi

  2. “Call of the Wild” - Showcasing Victorian fauna 

  3. “Far horizons” - Victorian ecosystems and landscapes

  4. "Secret Lives” - Macro or microscope photography

  5. “I Spy” - Camera trap snaps

  6. “Time Flies” - Before and after photos; think restoration, research progress, etc!

Terms and Conditions

Individuals may enter one photo per category except for Category 6 "Time Flies" where two photos (before image and after image) are permitted per individual.

​Committee members are ineligible to win prizes but may still enter their photos. Generative AI entries are not permitted. Entries will be displayed during the conference for attendees to vote.

​Entrants should follow the ethical terms and conditions for wildlife photography, courtesy of Doug Gimesy. Further information on the ethical considerations for wildlife photography can be found here.
